BND is proud to be part of the winning Team providing Engineering Design Services for the Miami-Dade County Consent Decree for Wastewater Treatment Plants. BND is involved in the planning, design and permitting of civil/site work including paving, grading and drainage, yard piping and stormwater facilities at MDC's 3 Treatment facilities.
