Responsible for the overall Technical and Administrative Policies and Management of the Firm. He also participates directly on major Aviation, Transportation, Civil and Environmental engineering projects requiring his proven technical and analytical skills and is directly responsible for the technical integrity of BND’s work.
Mr. Williams has 36 years of Aviation, Water/Wastewater and Transportation and Environmental engineering design and management experience in Florida, Washington, D.C. Virginia, South Carolina, and the Caribbean.
